Rates

The rates for our mobile DJ services or live audio production [live band] varies depending on the size of the venue, travel distance and special needs (i.e. lights, special effects, announcements-master of ceremony, special request). Please contact us to discuss your mobile DJ needs and we will provide a cost estimate. Please note that all events require a three hour minimum purchase.

Deposit

A $100.00 deposit is required to secure the date of the event. 

The deposit is applied towards the balance of the cost of your event and the remaining balance  is due five days before your event.

The deposit is non-refundable unless Estrada Designs and Productions cancels the event.(30 day notice)

Method of payment

Estrada Designs and Productions accepts bank checks, teller checks, business checks and credit cards for your convenience. In addition, Estrada Designs and Productions also offers an invoice method of payment. Payment plans are available upon request.

Geographical location

We travel to Central Texas locations such as San Marcos, Georgetown, Kyle, Buda, Lockhart, Bastrop, Round Rock, New Braunfels, Cedar Park, and San Antonio. A travel fee will apply for events that exceed 30 miles from Estrada Designs and Productions business address.

DJ Event 

Rates for DJ event vary depending on the venue size, location of event, date of event, number of hours and DJ rig size (small, medium or large).  Please call us at 512-767-4184 to get a price quote.

Three (3) hour minimum contract is required.

Lighting -We offer various lighting packages,  including up-lighting packages to meet the needs of your event. From mood lighting to a rave, disco or concert style show, we have the lighting for your event.

Estrada Designs and Productions offers live audio production for bands that need a PA system and sound technicians.
